Help Tensioner pulley for accessories
 

I have to change my tensioner for the water pump. I attempted to remove it but there is upper tensioner securing bolt ( the one that holds it to the block) accually under the tensioner pulley . I have the lower one out ,however I have no clue how to get to the one under the pulley without a method of putting tension on the arm so I can get under it .

I should also add I stripped out the tensioner bolt thats what I haven't attemted that.

I should add that I stripped out the tensioner torx bolt thats what I haven't tried accually moving the pulley that way .
