96 318ti Uneven/slightly rough idle

Hey guys, so I believe I may have a culprit, but I'd like to get some other opinions. My m44 engined 318ti has a weird idle when cold started as the video will depict. It also has that positive pressure from the oil cap when removed. The idle gets much better once up to temp. The rpm's don't really jump around a lot. Only dip sparsely when sitting with the ac blasting. I believe my issue is a non functioning pcv valve, as I can't really find any vacuum leaks, nor hear anything too out of the norm. You can be the judge though. My exhaust is also a little messed up and has a slight leak, but I don't believe the back pressure difference can make it idle that odd. Any suggestions are appreciated, and I also apologize if this isn't posted in the correct place, or if the answer is out there. I just felt this was a little more specific than what I was finding. Thanks!

Either PCV, IACV or combination of the two if you ask me.
