Can someone do a DIY suspension write up please?

I have a coworker who rebuilds cars and whose wife is a Ford dealer mechanic. I can take my car there and do a suspension install (springs, sways, shocks, front and rear) with their help if I can get a basic idea of what to do. There has been talk of a suspension sticky or notebook segment on this- anyone willing to take the bull by the horns? I am a total newbie to mechanicals so whatever help you can give is appreciated.

Also I've heard the Bentley manual is useful here- can someone scan the pages? My library does not carry the Bentley. Sorry to be cheap but money is tight now. I've had all the parts except rear shocks ready to go for a year. Just no $$ to pay someone to do it. :ashamed:

Here is what I'd like to install: OEM sport springs and sways, Koni Yellow adjustables. Think I'll buy new sway bar links and rear suspension mounts to access the adjustment points while I'm in there. Make sense?
