sunroof will not work
 

hello everyone, I've got a problem with my sunroof that is stuck and will not move even manually rotating it, It looks like its been stuck. anyone knows how to fix or remove the cassette? so I can check whats wrong with it. I have been searching everywhere how to remove it but everything I saw says tilt it a little bit to remove the torx screws on the side but the problem is it will not move.
