With 120k it would def be decent to buy wires. If they are not having problems you shouldnt HAVE to but, but some time you can free up some resistance in your engine with new wires. Also Depending on the plugs you get It should cost around 100 dollars at a shop or 20 at home (saying you have the nessicary tools and such) =) hope this helped good buddy!

Also! I prefer ac delco sparks. Premiums are pretty good. I also daveled with spitfire quad tips and I actually saw a performance difference with thoes. They are alot more expensive but burn a bit hotter and help burn the extra fuel =DDD

wires usually last a pretty long time, good thing since they're over $100  how much it costs depends on what kind of plugs you get, figure $2-3 each for 4 plugs and 10 minutes or so to change them

Autolite copper plugs, just change them every 20k or so.

Any name brand plug will run well.

Splitfires have been proven over and over to have a initial short term gain then they gap out and need to be re-gapped to get the performance back, usually about every 5K. They also give best performance in LARGE piston installs, Bikes with over 600 CC jugs, Big block trucks etc.

Any standard plug can be gapped wider to raise heat in the spark, but you give up High rpm stability. its a tight balance.

I personally run the NGK's because that's what teh clever engineer that designed my engine put in it originally... At least according to my owners manual.
