LOL yep, climbing the high mileage indeed, Just well kept and maintained with quality lubricants and parts. As for the tires we just kind of winged it, car is on Hankook Ventus V12 Evo tires on the DS2s so "Street Performance" Tires, the storm was unexpected and not detected on the radar so we relied on the snow plow a few times lol, other than that, no mechanical issues and she ran like a champ. :) |
Yo!! Add me to the list and I also live in Riverside! I picked up a 97' Mtech with a rod knock in LA about a month ago for $800. :biggrin: Building it on a budget as a dedicated track car. I'm planning a 3L stroked aluminum block m52TUb28 or Z3 m52b28 swap. I'm still researching but it will be whichever one is cheapest and feasible. I'm in the Air Force stationed at March ARB in Moreno Valley and I've only lived here a couple of years. I've been in the car scene alot here but not with BMWs. Can you guys suggest any good shops in the IE that I could talk to about my swap? |
