Member 2500

I'd like to welcome our 2500th member, Faustus

I am also very pleased to see our Active Members: 280 (during the last 10 days) going up consistently. That means we have had 280 registered users check in within the last 10 days. :)

Each person has a userid. You are 2322, Faustus is 2585.
The number of actual members differ due to some being deleted or quirks when the board was converted. And unfortunately I made a mistake a few years ago resetting everyone's join date. :(

J!m 02-09-2006 05:44 PM

That's right... I remember that little "oops"

cali-ti 02-09-2006 05:46 PM

must all be because of the positive article in the UK mag ;)

L84THSKY 02-09-2006 05:48 PM

I was going to suggest you add a mention about referring members, but it seems you already have that feature.

My profile says I have referred 2 members.:smile:

Maybe it depends on your browser. Click on your name to bring up your profile. Your userid should be part of the url.

J!m 02-10-2006 03:36 AM

Tyler=912

J!m=193

Steve=4? How's that?

1996 328ti 02-10-2006 03:55 AM

1..siteadmin (the account I used when I first created the board)
2..Anonymous (used for guest posts)
3..Chris Carrington
4..1996 328ti (me)

Chris registered shortly after I opened the board. I should have just changed the siteadmin to me. Come to think out it, I just might. :)

Tyler 02-10-2006 04:14 AM

It's funny i came across this site maybee 2 yrs before i registered. Only reason why i didn't do it then was i had no computer at the time.

No. The number is retired. I just looked. There is no more #4. It goes from 1,2,3,5 now. Since I deleted #4 the 2500 spot moved down one.

And everyone should be glad to know that hosting is paid via my paypal account. So if I should get stuffed into the armco, just keep up the site support. ;)

Can't we just keep you in a rocking chair in the attic like Norman Bates did? :biggrin:

Gday from Down u nder

Ive just joined your select group and would like to say hello. I live in Sydney and my wife and I have a 318 tI as a family car. Its a 2003 model 2 litre Valvetronic Auto Flamenco Red built as far as I know in Bremen
It seems this is the last of the 318 tI line other members may know otherwise
So far we are very pleased with it and especially on long interstate trips it's the most comforable and fun to drive car wev'e had.
I look forward to learning a lot from your group . I hope this is the right place to say hello regards Roger

How can you find out what number you are?

It's hard to tell. If you roll over your name you will see a number. But does not necessarily mean you are member number x. I just happened to notice the last new member when the count went to 2500.
